  • Do I need Logos Bible Software to use AM Bible Courseware?
    Yes. AM runs in the Logos environment. AM provides the course content; Logos provides the search engine and digital library resources.
  • LDLS, LLS, Logos, and Libronix – what do they all mean?
    Logos – Company name of Moody’s partner in producing AM.
    LDLS – Libronix Digital Library System, the current version of Logos Bible Software. The current iteration is Series X. AM requires Series X to run properly.
    Libronix – Name frequently used instead of LDLS.
    LLS – Logos Library System, the older version of Logos Bible Software. This was replaced in August 2001.
  • Can multiple people take the same exam and use the same completion code?
    No. The exam completion codes are unique for each user.
  • What if I’m not completely satisfied with AM or Logos after I order and install it?
    AM and Logos come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If the materials do not meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund. If you want to return AM but have already completed one or more AM courses and have submitted exam completion codes, you will receive a refund less the cost of the courses you’ve completed.
  • What are the AM quizzes and exams like?
    Self-check quizzes are designed to help you learn the material and prepare for the exams. You can take them as often as necessary.
    Exams are presented “on the honor system” and are intended to be closed book, closed Bible. You can take an exam as many times as necessary to reach a passing threshold (80%).
    When you complete an exam, you’ll receive a unique exam completion code. The exam completion code indicates to Moody that you have taken an exam and may be eligible to receive a certificate.
  • How do I “complete” an AM course that I take on my computer?
    When you have successfully completed the exams for an AM course, you’ll receive a unique exam completion code. You will enter that code on the AM webpage to indicate to us that you have successfully completed a course and are eligible for a certificate.
  • What version of Logos should I purchase to get the most out of AM?
    AM was designed with the Scholar’s Library in mind. A majority of the AM “Opportunities for Deeper Study” reference books are found in the Scholar’s Library. However, any Logos library will work with AM.
  • If a newer version of an AM course comes out after I’ve already purchased it, will I have to pay to get the new version?
    No. The Logos update feature will enable you to update any AM course that has been revised.
  • Do I need internet access to use AM?
    No. You can take an AM course and interact with the Logos library resources without being connected to the internet. However, to register your courseware and to submit your exam completion codes, you will need to use the internet.
  • How long do I have to complete each AM course?
    There is no time limit for completing your AM courses.
  • Does AM require me to complete and turn in any assignments?
    No. The only thing you will need to give to Moody during an AM course is your exam completion code.
  • Can I use a check to pay for AM?
    Yes

      • Please call Logos (toll free) at 800-875-6467.
      • Ask for customer service department.
      • Write the invoice number they give you on check and mail the check to Logos.
      • Your order will be processed when the check arrives at Logos.
