Congratulations, the end of your Moody Theological Seminary program is near! Graduation is just around the corner. All candidates seeking graduation must request candidacy by completing an Application to Graduate Form (Word 07 format) Application to Graduate (Word 97-2005 format) and submitting it to the Registrar's Office. Students who have no more than six hours outstanding will be permitted to participate in the commencement ceremony, as long as they are registered to complete the coursework during the summer.
Make sure you have: 1. Confirmed with your professor any incomplete or failed grade. A minimum grade point average of 2.5 is required for graduation. 2. If you have a deficiency in a retreat, first view Equivalency information. If you have further questions, contact Mrs. Jayanthi Benjamin at jayanthi.benjamin@moody.edu or at 312-329-4355. 3. Completed and submitted your LAMP Portfolio and Exit Interview. 4. To graduate students must personally adhere, support and submit the Moody Bible Institute Doctrinal Questionnaire.
