All students are required to schedule Exit Interviews during the final semester of their academic program. Degree programs include the LAMP Portfolio as part of the Exit Interview process. The documents below are part of the Exit Interview process. All students will complete Exit Interview Form. Download the form, complete it and bring it to your Exit Interview. Those needing to complete their interview via phone should complete the form and email it to their professor.
The Exit Interview Assessment is now located in Blackboard. All prospective graduates will be given access to the assessment during the month the Exit Interview will take place- April for May graduates and November for December graduates.
