The Crowell Learning Resource Center (CLRC) is a joint effort between the Crowell Library and Education Technology Services (ETS). The following is a simple explanation of the roles of these two departments in the overall service and structure of the CLRC.

| The Crowell Library serves as the academic library for the Moody Bible Institute. It contains books, periodicals, ebooks and other traditional print media formats. In addition, it also houses an extensive audiovisual collection of video and audiotapes for use by faculty, students and employees of MBI. |
| Education Technology Services serves MBI with technology-related resources for both the classroom and corporate events. This includes faculty computers, management of campus computer labs, campus events such as chapels and conferences and classroom setups for faculty and students. |
In addition, the ETS office, located across the hall from the library on Sweeting 1st floor, houses multimedia facilities for students and faculty to work on projects for class or personal use. Equipment is also available for rental from the ETS office. The ETS Help Desk provides support for education-related questions and can be reached by dialing x4067. |
